Thanksgiving Turkey Tip:

Gather fresh sage from the garden, clean and pat dry.  Lift the skin from the turkey,

slip the sage leaves under the skin

in a fan pattern. 

It is beautiful and gives wonderful flavor to the Thanksgiving turkey!
